Today The Land Wore Scarlet - the summer of 2026 was one of heat, drought and land fires. This piece responds to those experiences and tells part of this story through mark making and groupings of colours. It is a mixed media piece created using monotype print techniques and includes acrylic paint, fibre glass mesh and copper wire.

The painting is framed in limed obeche.
