Coastal Roller - early dawn is just appearing, the waves caress the shingle beach, the taste of salt on lips but suddenly a living shadow fills the air - humming, tilting, swooping. Not something menacing. One hundred thousand birds take to the air rocking and rolling along the coastline. Something magical. This piece was created use the exhilarating chance happenings of mono screen printing then finished with acrylic ink, oil stick and wire.
